This is my personal story as an infantry soldier in the Republic of Vietnam with the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division. I share the camaraderie that I had with my rifle team and brothers—including the boyish pranks and real dangers we faced every day. I have included over 70 pictures taken by my buddies and me.
