25 Lessons From Eshkolwachman Movement Notation Moshe Feldenkrais by Moshe Feldenkrais 9780988282810, 098828281X instant download after payment.

Dr. Feldenkrais taught these 25 ATM lessons at Hakibbutzim Teacher’s Training College, School of Physical Education, in Tel-Aviv. With the inspiration of Moshe’s close friend Noa Eshkol, the lessons were carefully transcribed into the Eshkol-Wachman movement notation system and published in Israel. Jack Heggie, an experienced practitioner with an engineering background, translated the lessons from the notation into English. The result is a unique document in which the skeleton of the lesson is crisply and clearly described with virtually no commentary. These unique and often challenging lessons were not part of the Alexander Yanai classes.
