An Aetherial Dragon’s Tear is a curated collection of poetry and short stories. Within this book you will experience my writing, not as the simple stream of consciousness that I express on my social media feeds. The heart of the story told is that of a struggle between a fate that is once again sought and the conflicts which always arise as the seemingly unavoidable consequence of that fate’s pursuit.
This is a story that has taken multiple lifetimes to create; defying what humanity has come to accept as the immutable laws of their reality. I like to believe that there will be those who can see this work as the beginning of something grand. To others it might feel as though it is the end of something long fought to complete. In this moment, as I take this time to reflect upon my newest creation, I prefer to view this in the context of a story trying to redefine to concept of, unconditional faith; as told from a place where all that is desired to be, still has a chance to be brought into existence.
