Bea Setton was born in France & spent her early years in the Parisian suburbs before moving to the U.S to study philosophy. Upon graduating, she relocated to Berlin, & the city became the inspiration for this novel. She currently spends her time in London & Cambridge, where she is working on her PhD & second book.
