The aim of this core module book within the frame of a European Master study programme of «European Perspectives on Social Inclusion» is to give an overview of the ethical and socio-political facets of social justice against the background of historical change, to focus on empirical studies regarding different concepts and perceptions of social justice in Europe, to outline new orientations and actions concerning social justice in the context of European politics and innovative movements of the civil society.
