Do you hear that, frankie fellows? It’s the tap-a-tap of our feet doing an excited jig, because frankie Issue 82 is now out in the world! Inside its nice-smelling pages you’ll /find a photographic tour of Cuba, complete with swing-dancing locals and sweet pastel hues, plus a hot sauce road test that sent us dashing for water. There’s also a dance club for LGBTI elders; an investigation into the history of women’s hairstyles; and a new generation of school teachers sporting flowing locks and oodles of tattoos. After an embroidered protest sign? We can help you out with that, as well as a cake that looks alarmingly like it’s covered in pom poms, and some obscure words to slip into conversation, like ‘griffonage’ and ‘borborygmus’.
