Major revisions made to the standard include the following: added an alternative procedure for determination of percent moisture (Sec. 5.2.3.3); added security requirements for bulk shipments (Sec. 6.2.6); added a mandatory requirement for delivery of Affidavit of Compliance (Sec. 6.3); and, Filter Material and Placing and Preparation was moved to appendix C.
