How I Passed The Chpn Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Exam The First Time Guiomar Goransson by Guiomar Goransson instant download after payment.

"Life is the leading cause of death in America." -Nathan Summers.
Due to the popularity of the first edition, written in 2008, some new chapters are added in this second edition which I hope will help you in your development as a professional hospice and palliative care nurse. While the times, “they are a-changing”.
There are also some new (and free) resources to help you practice your test-taking skills. Since I first wrote this ebook, some of the websites saw the emergence of nurses serious enough about hospice and palliative care to pursue certification and they began charging for “CHPN practice tests” which are pretty worthless in my opinion. I have no desire to promote these “anything for a buck” test sites that will not really help you at all during the test or in your career. , a few things never change. People become ill, some suffer, all die, families grieve, and every person involved with a loved one’s death needs to come to terms with, and process the experience.
As a hospice and palliative care nurse, you need to know much more than what the CHPN exam will test you on to be a really effective, therapeutic presence and healing influence for those entrusted to your care.
This book is a labor of love and represents my most important life’s work, that of a professional hospice nurse. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it.
