He had excellent training in Internal Medicine under the mentorship of Dr. E. Stephen Kurtides, Chief of Medicine, at Evanston Hospital.
He has practiced Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases in a Community Hospital for over three decades and during that time has trained hundreds of medical students, residents, PA students, residents, and nursing students at all levels. He is a seasoned lecturer, and he teaches the principles of Internal Medicine daily. He has analyzed thousands of medicine cases with his students and is an experienced practitioner, both as an ambulist, and hospitalist.
