It is a photographic inventory that I took photos of what is around Kamakura in Japan as it is with my film camera.  At places where people live, there are backgrounds such as cultures and stories.  I look at those stories that fascinate me with the finder and print them on the film.  Photos are not just the contrast of light and shadow, and they ask the way people are.  Thanks to these photos, I hope people feel nostalgic and that they will be useful for travelers.
If you want to come to Japan and take street photos, I think Japan is a very good environment and that its peace and order is also great.  Since you can enjoy the seasonal scenery, it does not let you get tired of.  Many Japanese people are not good at English, and they are shy.  However, they have a feeling to want to somehow help those who are troubled.
It tends to be easier for foreigners to take photos of Japanese people than for the Japanese to do the same thing.  I definitely want people to visit Kamakura and take photos of Kamakura's daily stories.
I was born in Fukuoka in Japan.  I have felt happy to make something using my hands such as creating works since I was an infant. After graduating from the high school where I majored in design, I went to England alone to learn art in earnest. I returned home after graduating from University of the Arts London,
and I went independent after I experienced the job of a camera assistant. In recent years, I found calligraphy and was attracted to the warmth of handwriting, so I learned it by self-study. I create my works with cherishing the laborious process as well as digital processing.
