This seventh volume of teachings from the Longsal cycle contains four upadeshas and the histories of their discovery. These teachings were received through dreams over a period of time from 1959 to 2001. The Most Important Points on the View, Meditation, Behavior and Fruit, also known as The Upadesha on the Most Important Points of Ati, received in a dream from Changchub Dorje as inseparable from Garab Dorje and Padmasambhava, contains the essence of the Ati Dzogpa Chenpo teaching in few verses. One of the dreams relating to this upadesha is connected to Khyentse Rinpoche Chokyi Wangchuk (1910-1963), maternal uncle and one of the Author's teachers.
