This course will cover the most important features and functionalities needed for functional consultant role on the SCM space.
Some features and functionalities will not be included in this class and that is by design.

The course contents were designed on October 2020 and it will address the state of the product at this time.
By the end of this course each student will be able to:
● Configure the most important and commonly used features and functionalities within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
● Process most of the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management transactions needed to support SCM business processes.
● Explain to others how Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management features and functionalities works.
This course has six modules and designed for 4 days learning experience. It can be taught in-person and/or virtually. Your instructor(s) will provide you with the agenda for this course.
Module 1 will introduce you to the product information and how to configure, create, and manage your product and inventory.
Module 2 will get deeper into inventory related topics from configuration to tracking and the processes used to manage inventory scenarios.
Module 3 will be your foundation to understand the supply chain management configuration and processing within Dynamics Supply Chain Management
Module 4 will be focusing on the transportation management features and the warehouse management features.
Module 5 will be addressing the quality management and quality control functionalities.
Module 6 will put together most of what you learn together by exploring the master planning configuration and processing.
