About the Author
John Durie’s career started in 1981 in the Canberra press gallery as a journalist with The Australian Financial Review, where he subsequently worked as the Chanticleer Columnist. He has worked at The Australian, written for the New York Post and was the New York business correspondent for The Times. A lawyer by training, Durie’s journalistic career has specialised in competition policy, corporate governance and strategy. He now works as a financial columnist for the Weekend Australian.
