Bernard de Montréal was the pseudonym of Jean-Paul Boucher, a French Canadian (born Quebec, July 26, 1939, died October 15, 2003). 

In 1969 he experienced what he later called a ''fusion'' with a systemic intelligence. This being  a telepathic mental connection with a light-being located far out in the galaxy. By this communication Bernard described the current and the future psychological condition of Man. For 26 years he wrote and lectured on this and related matters. Having started by concentration on extraterrestrial phenomenon, he  went on to explore esoteric subjects, and the decoding of prophecies.
