Sale Supply Of Goods 3rd Edition Furmston by Furmston 9781859414958, 1859414958 instant download after payment.

The purpose of this book is to give students a clear account of the law relating to the sale of goods. It is particularly designed for those students who do not spend a whole academic year on the subject and therefore need to have a reasonably concise treatment. The emphasis is on general concepts, such as passing of property and risk, and on those problems, such as sale of defective goods or of goods which do not belong to the seller, which are most important in practice. There is an analysis of the borderlines between sale of goods and allied contracts, such as hire purchase, hire, exchange, and work and materials. There is also discussion in relation to defective goods, of criminal liability and tortious liability.

This third edition takes into account the provisions in the Sale of Goods (Amendment) Act 1994 and also the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 which came into force on 1 October 1999.
