Haya brought the eclectic flavours of Tel Aviv to the Austrian palette and her restaurant played a significant role in revitalising the struggling Austrian Naschmarkt. Haya has now opened restaurants by the Danube Canal, in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Zurich with a London restaurant set to open in 2019.
