Save your money! I bought this through Kindle so I didn't even pay full price for it, thankfully! The first 5 chapters of this 7 chapter book was mostly scientific biology which didn't interest me at all and was able to skip most of it without missing much. I thought I was getting to the heart of the book and was finally going to get some answers to find out that there aren't any answers...anywhere. I was looking for something that would guide me into changing my way of thinking, things to practice. No luck - not here. In the Addendum he references PSYCH-K with Rob Williams which was basically a plug for you to attend one of their seminars. UG!! A waste of money and time! I'd give this book zero stars if I could.
