William J. Pratt is an instructor at Mount Royal University, Calgary, and historian at Parks Canada. He has taught military history, Canadian history, and Canadian studies at universities in Alberta, Canada. He is the co-author of Fighting with the Empire: Canada, Britain, and Global Conflict, 1867–1947.
Frank W. Stahnisch is a Professor with joint appointment in the Department of Community Health Sciences and the Department of History at the University of Calgary, Canada. He also holds the AMF/Hannah Professorship in the History of Medicine and Health Care in the Cumming School of Medicine.
