‘Dr Winters was born in 1950 in Chicago. He is the father of five children. Clyde Winters Ph.D, is Director of the Uthman dan Fodio Institute. He has taught Educational Psychology, Educational Administration, and Linguistics at Saint Xavier University and Governors State University. Dr. Winters is the author of numerous articles and books on education, ancient history anthropology and archaeogenetics.
