Ebook, 2015. — 294 p.The photographs on these pages are from a private photograph collection taken during the Vietnam War by a combat medic in Vietnam. He spent much of his time with the 25th ID between August 5, 1967 and July 28, 1968, the time period of these photographs. At that time he was assigned to the 1/27th Wolfhounds, 25th Infantry Division. This is the Black & White photograph version. Many young men, the baby boomers, were involved in the Vietnam War in the days of the United States military draft. Those who were there well remember the war and the loss of friends. There was anger by the general population towards our own country concerning the involvement and many protests were done against the war. Many refer to those days as ‘the days of Hanoi Jane and lying John’.
