His 31-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) included the role of Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City Division of the FBI 1999-2002; during the late 1980s, he was the Chief of the Terrorist Research and Analytical Center (TRAC) at FBI Headquarters.
